Refunds and cancellation

Current public beta

XLNative is currently in public beta. The beta is free to use, does not require payment information, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

The current beta build expires August 15, 2026. A newer beta build may be posted before expiration.

Future paid access

Planned pricing after beta is $29 per month or $290 per year. When paid checkout opens, cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and handled through the checkout provider or customer portal. Cancel anytime will mean cancellation stops future renewals while access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refund requests

If XLNative is not working as expected, contact [email protected]. Future refund requests should include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy policies, applicable law, and payment-network rules. This includes cases where a refund is issued to resolve billing problems or help prevent chargebacks.

Beta builds

Beta builds expire by design and may need to be replaced with newer builds. The current free beta is separate from future paid subscriptions.

License access

When a subscription expires, access to paid XLNative releases and license validation may end. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove access during a paid billing period.
